FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!!

Shipping

Shipping?:  Our standard shipping method is UPS and Priority USPS.  Sorry, no COD's.   Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the item(s) ordered and are calculated for the customer at the time the order is placed.  Some items require an additional shipping charge due to size, weight, or quantity.  Specific items will be marked to reflect the additional charges.  If your location is Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or a foreign address please email us at contact_us@tribaltrades.com

Payments?:  We accept the following major credit cards: VISA and MasterCard.  We also offer the convenience of using your verified PayPal account.

Returns?:  We guarantee our products.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund the price of the item excluding all shipping costs.  If you want to return an item, you have 10 days to contact us about your intent to return.  Please return items via insured mail, as we will not give refunds for items damaged during return shipping.  There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned non-defective orders.  Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns. 

Damaged Items?:  Instances of damage during shipping out rarely occur, but if you receive a package and the item(s) therein are damaged, please contact us by phone or e-mail within one week with your name, the date that the order was made, and the item number(s).  Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item.  All items must be returned in the original packaging.  Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns. **TRIBAL GEAR DOES NOT HANDLE REPAIRS.**

Warranty?:  All warranties for products purchased through TRIBAL GEAR are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers.  All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers.

Backorders?:  All in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and customer will be notified.  All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available.  If backorder period exceeds 30 days, TRIBAL GEAR will notify customer prior to shipment.  In the event of partial shipment, the entire shipment will be billed in FULL, and the backorder item(s) will be shipped separately.
